Plucking
Tender tea leaves are hand-picked at the right moment to capture peak freshness and aroma.

Withering
Leaves are spread out to reduce moisture, allowing the natural fragrance to develop.

Rolling
The leaves are gently rolled to release their natural juices and shape them for optimal flavor.

Fermentation / Oxidation (for black tea and oolong)
Carefully controlled oxidation creates the tea’s unique color, aroma, and depth of flavor.

Drying
Leaves are dried to lock in flavor and preserve the tea’s character.

Refining & Grading
Tea is sorted, refined, and graded using advanced automated equipment for consistency and quality.

Blending & Packaging
Blends are created according to customer preferences, then packaged under strict hygiene standards, ready for domestic and global markets.
